Geordie couple Sandra & Les, their daughter Emma & friend Lynn, run Chequers - a British Bar on the Greek island of Zakynthos.
We serve food and drinks all day long and we're only a short walk from Kalamaki's beautiful beach where the famous Caretta-Caretta turtles nest.
Apart from the great British family atmosphere here, you can see all the latest football matches and top sporting events live on satellite T.V. while enjoying a cold beer or a refreshing cocktail.
Chequers is an open bar too, so you can still catch those rays and go home with a tan to make your friends envious...or if the heat gets too much, you can sit under our cooling canopy.
